1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website ajeetyadav.com (or ajeetyadav.in) and purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Provided

Ajeet Yadav provides the following digital services:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) — Technical, On-Page, and Off-Page
• Digital Marketing — Social Media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Campaigns
• Web Development — Custom websites, WordPress, Landing Pages
• Graphic Design — Social Media Creatives, Poster Design, Video Editing
• Analytics & Reporting — GA4 setup, custom dashboards, monthly reports
• Strategy Consulting — One-on-one digital strategy sessions

3. Subscription & Billing

Monthly subscription plans are billed on the same calendar date each month. Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

Billing Cycle: Monthly plans renew every 30 days from the subscription start date. Annual plans renew every 365 days.

GST: All prices displayed are exclusive of GST. GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%) will be added at checkout.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing ajeetnasa@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing cycle.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery of services, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to website credentials, social media accounts, and ad accounts
• Review and approve content/strategy within 48 hours of submission
• Communicate clearly and respond to queries within a reasonable timeframe
• Not share service deliverables publicly without prior written consent

6. Intellectual Property

All strategies, reports, designs, and written content created for you become your property upon full payment. However, Ajeet Yadav retains the right to display completed work in their portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ajeet Yadav makes no guarantees of specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue results. Digital marketing outcomes depend on many external factors including algorithm changes, competition, and website age. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in the current billing period.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, pricing, customer data, and technical implementations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Maharashtra. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
