We provide 100% digital services — no physical goods are shipped. Here's how your work gets delivered.

1. Nature of Our Services

Ajeet Yadav provides exclusively digital services — there are no physical products, shipments, or deliveries of tangible goods. All deliverables are provided electronically via email, shared drives, or direct access to platforms/accounts.

2. Delivery Method

All services and deliverables are delivered digitally through:

  • Email: Reports, strategy documents, invoices, and correspondence
  • Google Drive / Shared Folder: Files, creative assets, and design work
  • Direct Platform Access: We may work directly in your WordPress admin, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Video Call / Screen Share: Strategy calls, reviews, and training sessions via Google Meet or Zoom
  • WhatsApp / Telegram: Quick communication and updates (upon mutual agreement)

3. Delivery Timelines

Expected delivery timelines for various services:

  • Welcome Email & Onboarding: Within 24 hours of payment confirmation
  • Initial Kickoff Call: Scheduled within 48 hours of payment
  • SEO Audit Report: Within 5–7 business days of account access
  • Website Development: 2–6 weeks depending on complexity and plan
  • Monthly Reports: Delivered within the first 5 days of the following month
  • Graphic Design Assets: 3–7 business days per batch
  • Ad Campaign Setup: 5–7 business days after account access

4. Prerequisite for Delivery

Smooth and timely delivery depends on receiving the following from you within 2 business days of payment:

  • Admin access to your website (WordPress login or cPanel)
  • Access to Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Ads accounts
  • Social media account access or admin role addition
  • Brand guidelines, logo files, and any existing creatives
  • Completed onboarding questionnaire

Delays in providing required access will proportionally delay the service delivery timeline. Ajeet Yadav is not liable for delays caused by client-side delays.

5. Service Confirmation

Once payment is successful, you will receive:

  • A payment confirmation email with your invoice and reference number
  • A welcome email with next steps and the onboarding questionnaire
  • A calendar invite for the kickoff call

6. International Clients

We serve clients globally. All communication and delivery is done digitally. Services are available India-wide and internationally. Currency is billed in INR (Indian Rupees). International clients are responsible for any bank conversion charges.

7. Disruptions & Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, widespread outage, health emergency), we will inform you promptly and agree on an adjusted timeline. No penalty charges will apply to either party in genuine force majeure situations.
