Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services purchased from Ajeet Yadav through the website ajeetyadav.com. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Due to the nature of digital services (which involve time, expertise, and resources spent immediately upon engagement), refunds are limited. However, we strive to be fair and resolve issues amicably.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Emailing ajeetnasa@gmail.com with your request
  • Calling +91 86571 01484 during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm IST)

When cancellation takes effect: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to receive services until that date. No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period.

3. 7-Day Review Window

For new clients, we offer a 7-calendar-day review period after the first payment. During this window:

  • We will present the initial strategy, audit findings, and onboarding deliverables
  • If you are genuinely unsatisfied with the quality or scope of work delivered, you may request a discussion for adjustments or a partial refund
  • The 7-day window commences from the payment date

This review period does not apply to renewals or upgraded plans.

4. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment charged due to a technical error
  • Incorrect amount deducted (more than the displayed price)
  • Service was not delivered within 14 days of the agreed start date due to our fault
  • Service could not be rendered due to circumstances solely attributable to us

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction with results after work has commenced and strategy has been implemented
  • Change of mind after the 7-day review period
  • Delays caused by client's failure to provide required access or approvals
  • Services that have already been partially or fully delivered

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. GST paid cannot be refunded as it is remitted to the government.

To initiate a refund request, please contact us with:

  • Your full name and email address used at checkout
  • Order/transaction reference number
  • Reason for refund request
  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

6. Annual Plan Refunds

Annual plans are offered at a discounted rate. If you cancel an annual plan after the 7-day review period, no refund will be issued for the remaining months. If cancelled within 7 days with valid reasons, a pro-rated refund (minus any work delivered) may be considered at our discretion.

7. One-Time Project Payments

For one-time projects (web development, graphic design, campaigns), the following applies:

  • Advance payment (50%): Non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Final payment (50%): Due on delivery; not refundable after project is delivered and accepted
  • Revision requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

8. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at ajeetnasa@gmail.com before raising a chargeback with your bank. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving legitimate disputes promptly.
